What should I do if I get locked out?

If you get locked out, go to Reception and speak to the Front of House team.

The team is available 24/7, so you can get help at any time of day or night. They will confirm your identity and arrange access to your home. If you have some form of ID with you, bring it with you to Reception, as this helps the team verify things quickly.

If you are locked out because your fob is lost, let the team know straight away. They will deactivate the missing fob so it cannot be used by anyone else, then arrange a replacement if needed. A replacement charge may apply, and the team will confirm this before issuing a new fob.

If your fob is with you but not working, tell Front of House which doors or access points are affected. They can check whether it needs to be reactivated, reprogrammed or replaced.

Please do not try to force doors or enter through another resident’s access. The team will help you get back in safely.
