What should I do on my first day?

On your first day, start by collecting your keys or access fob from Reception and completing any final move-in checks with the Front of House team.

Once you are in your home, take a moment to get settled and check the basics. Connect to the building Wi-Fi, make sure your key or fob works as expected and familiarise yourself with the Morro App. The app is where you can find key documents, report maintenance issues, view building updates and access useful resident information.

You should also review your digital inventory report when it arrives through Inventory Hive. Check the condition of your home, add comments or photos if needed and sign it off within the review window.

If you plan to use the gym, complete the gym waiver in the Morro App so access can be added to your key or fob.

Finally, take a quiet wander through the building. Find the post boxes, laundry, bin store, shared spaces and Front of House desk. If anything feels unclear, just ask the team. They are there to help you find your feet.
