What time can I access my home on move-in day?

Your home will be ready from the start date confirmed in your tenancy agreement.

Before move-in day, the building’s General Manager will contact you to confirm your arrival time and share any final instructions. This helps the team prepare for you, issue your keys and make your first arrival feel smooth.

If you need to arrive earlier or later than the suggested time, let the team know as soon as possible. The Front of House team is available 24/7, so out-of-hours arrivals can usually be supported with advance notice.

Before you can access your home, your move-in payments must be complete and any final checks, including identification and Right to Rent verification, must be carried out. Please bring your original passport and booking reference when you arrive.

If your travel plans change on the day, contact the team with your updated arrival time. They will guide you from there and help keep everything on track.
