When will I receive my tenancy agreement?

Your tenancy agreement will be sent to you digitally once referencing has been completed successfully.

Referencing is carried out by Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider. Once they have completed the checks and your application is approved, the Morro team will prepare your agreement and send it to you for review and signature.

You will receive the agreement by email, so keep an eye on your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. If you are applying with another adult, each person named on the tenancy will need to review and sign.

Take time to read the agreement carefully before signing. It sets out the key details of your tenancy, including the rent, payment terms, deposit, responsibilities and any other conditions that apply to your home.

If you have any questions about the agreement, contact the Morro team before you sign. Once signed, the agreement is legally binding.
