Where are waste and recycling facilities located?

Please take your rubbish and recycling to the designated bin store or waste area for your building.

Separate items into the correct bins where possible. Mixed recycling usually includes paper, cardboard, plastics and metals. General waste is for everyday items that cannot be recycled. Some buildings also provide areas for food waste or specialist items, such as batteries and small electricals.

Please do not leave rubbish in corridors, shared spaces, lifts, outside your apartment door or beside the bins. This helps keep the building clean, avoids smells and keeps escape routes clear.

A few simple habits make a big difference:

  • Flatten cardboard boxes before recycling them
  • Tie waste bags securely before taking them to the bin store
  • Rinse containers where possible before putting them in recycling
  • Use specialist disposal areas for batteries or electrical items where provided

If you are not sure where something belongs, check the Morro App, your building handbook or ask the Front of House team. They will point you to the right place.
