Where can I find instructions for my appliances?

You can find appliance instructions in the Morro App, saved under your home documents. This is the best place to check how each appliance works, from everyday settings to troubleshooting steps.

Your home’s appliances may include a hob, oven or microwave with oven function, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and, in some homes, a washer/dryer or washing machine. The exact appliances can vary by building and apartment type, so use the manuals linked to your specific home where possible.

If you are using an induction hob, remember that only induction-compatible pans will work. If the hob is not responding, the pan may be the issue rather than the appliance.

If a manual is missing, a symbol is unclear or you are not sure which setting to use, speak to the Front of House team. They can help you find the right guide or point you towards the best next step.

If an appliance does not seem to be working properly, report it through the Morro App and include photos or a short video if helpful.
