Who should I contact if I feel unsafe?

If you feel unsafe, go to Reception or contact the Front of House team straight away. The team is available 24/7 and will take your concern seriously.

If there is an immediate risk to you or someone else, call 999 first. Do not wait, and do not try to handle a dangerous situation yourself.

If you notice someone acting suspiciously, a door not closing properly, someone trying to follow residents into the building or anything that feels wrong, let Front of House know as soon as possible. Share clear details if you can, such as where it happened, when it happened and what you saw.

Please do not confront anyone you believe may be acting dangerously. Move to a safe place and speak to the team or emergency services.

If the concern relates to another resident, visitor or ongoing behaviour in the building, the team can explain the next steps and make sure it is passed to the right person. Your safety matters, and you should never feel you have to sit with a concern alone.
