# Will someone be available to answer questions during the viewing?
Yes. A member of the Morro team will be with you throughout the viewing and will be happy to help with questions.
The viewing is your chance to understand the home properly, so ask about anything that matters to you. This might include the layout, furniture, storage, shared spaces, pets, parking, accessibility, bills, move-in dates or the application process.
If you are comparing a few homes, the team can talk you through the differences and help you understand which option may work best for your routine.
It can help to make a short list before you arrive, especially if there are things you need to know before making a decision. You are also welcome to ask follow-up questions after the viewing if something comes to mind later.
