Will there be an inventory when I move in?
Yes. An inventory is carried out for every Morro home at the start of the tenancy.
Shortly after you move in, you will receive a digital inventory report through Inventory Hive. This records the condition and contents of your home when your tenancy begins, including the furniture, fixtures, fittings and any notes about the apartment.
The inventory is there to keep things clear for everyone. It gives you a chance to check that the report matches what you see in your home, and to add comments or photos if anything needs updating.
Once you receive the report, review it carefully and complete your response within the timeframe provided. This is usually 7 days from receipt. If you do not add comments within that window, the inventory may be treated as accepted.
If you spot anything missing, damaged or not quite right, add it to the Inventory Hive report before signing it off. You can also speak to the Front of House team if you need help.
