Are amenities included in my rent?

Yes. Access to Morro’s building amenities is included in your rent, so you can use the shared spaces as part of everyday life at home.

This includes spaces such as the gym, co-working areas, lounge, cinema room, communal kitchen, meeting rooms and garden terrace, depending on what is available in your building.

Some spaces can be used freely, while others need to be booked in advance through the Morro App. Bookable spaces may include the cinema room, private event space and meeting rooms, and are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gym access is included too, but you may need to complete a one-time waiver in the Morro App before access can be added to your key fob.

The main exception is laundry. Laundry facilities are available on site, but they are pay-per-use and managed through the relevant laundry provider, such as the Circuit Go app at The Altham.
