Are homes furnished or unfurnished?

All Morro homes are furnished with the essentials, so you can arrive without needing to source the big pieces yourself.

Each apartment is set up with quality furniture and fittings before you move in. The exact furniture provided can vary by building, home type and layout, but the aim is always the same: to make the space feel practical, comfortable and ready for everyday life from the start.

Your home will also include fitted kitchen and bathroom fixtures, with integrated appliances included as part of the apartment. Smaller personal items, such as bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery, are not usually included, so you will need to bring or arrange these yourself.

When you enquire about a specific home, the Morro team can confirm exactly what is included. You will also receive an inventory at the start of your tenancy, which records the furniture, fittings and condition of your home when you move in.
