Are there any additional charges or fees?

There are no standard additional charges or fees beyond your monthly rent and damage deposit.

Your rent includes Wi-Fi, water, gas and electricity for normal everyday household use, along with access to the shared spaces and amenities available in your building.

There are a few situations where additional costs may apply. For example, if energy use is significantly higher than typical household levels, Morro may review this with you and may apply an additional service charge in exceptional circumstances. You would be notified before any charge is requested.

At the end of your tenancy, charges may also apply if there is damage beyond fair wear and tear, missing inventory items or excessive cleaning needed. These would usually be handled through the deposit return process.

Optional services, such as additional cleaning, storage or parking where available, may also carry a separate cost.
