Are there any restrictions on guests using amenities?
Guests can use Morro’s amenities when they are with you, but they should not use shared spaces independently.
As the resident, you are responsible for your guests while they are in the building. Please make sure they follow the house rules, respect other residents and look after the spaces they use.
Guests should be accompanied in communal areas and shared spaces at all times. Please do not share your fob, access code or app access with them. They should enter through the building’s visitor access process or meet you at Reception.
If you are booking a space for yourself and your guests, check the Morro App for any room-specific guidance before confirming. Some spaces may have rules around capacity, noise, food and drink, setup, timings or how the room should be left afterwards.
If you are planning a gathering, make sure the space is suitable and that guest numbers stay within any limits shown in the app or building guidance.
If you are unsure what is allowed, speak to the Front of House team before making plans. They will help you keep things easy and considerate.
