Are there any rules for visitor access?

Visitors are welcome at Morro, but there are a few simple access rules to help keep the building safe and comfortable for everyone.

Your visitors should use the building intercom or meet you at Reception. Please do not share your fob, access code or app access with anyone, even if they are visiting regularly. Access devices are linked to residents and should only be used by the person they were issued to.

While visitors are in the building, they are your responsibility. Please make sure they are accompanied in shared spaces and communal areas, and that they follow the same building guidance as residents, including being mindful of noise, looking after shared spaces and respecting other people’s homes.

Overnight guests are welcome on an occasional basis. If the same person is staying regularly or for a longer period, speak to the Front of House team so they can advise what is appropriate.

If you ever feel unsure about letting someone in, do not grant access. Ask them to contact the resident they are visiting, or speak to Front of House for help.
