Can I apply online?

Yes. The application process is mainly completed online, so you can apply from wherever you are.

Once you have chosen the home you would like, you will pay the £300 holding deposit online. This reserves the home while your application is processed.

You will then complete your referencing assessment digitally through Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider. Homeppl will let you know what information and documents are needed, such as identification, proof of income and any other details required to assess your application.

The process is designed to be clear and straightforward. You can upload documents, complete checks and respond to any requests online, without needing to visit the building in person.

If you get stuck at any point, or you are unsure what to provide, the Morro team can help guide you through the next step. Once referencing is complete and approved, your tenancy agreement will be prepared for signing.
