Can I change my move-in date or time?
Your tenancy start date is set in your agreement and usually cannot be changed once everything is signed.
If your planned arrival time on your start date changes, contact the team as soon as you can. This helps them update the move-in arrangements, make sure someone is ready to welcome you and keep key collection running smoothly.
The Front of House team is available 24/7, so arrivals outside standard hours can usually be accommodated with advance notice. If you know you will be arriving early, late or at a time that may affect loading and unloading, let the team know before move-in day where possible.
If something unexpected happens while you are travelling, do not worry. Just call or message the team with your updated arrival time and they will guide you from there.
