Can I remove or replace furniture?
Furniture provided by Morro must stay in your home and should not be removed, replaced or stored elsewhere without the team’s written consent.
Each apartment is furnished to work with its layout, and the furniture forms part of your inventory. It needs to remain in the home in its original condition throughout your tenancy.
You are welcome to add your own furniture or decorative pieces, as long as they fit safely within the space and do not require any alterations, drilling or changes to fixtures and fittings. Please make sure any additional furniture does not block doors, windows, vents, heaters, fire safety equipment or access routes.
If you have a specific reason for wanting to remove or replace an item, contact the Morro team before making any changes. They can let you know what may be possible and whether any conditions apply.
Any damage to Morro furniture will be assessed at the end of your tenancy and may be handled through the deposit process. If something is already damaged when you move in, add it to your inventory report within the review period.
