Can I review the agreement before signing?

Yes. You should review your tenancy agreement carefully before signing.

Your agreement sets out the important details of your tenancy, including the home, rent, deposit, payment dates, tenancy terms and your responsibilities as a resident. It is worth taking the time to read it properly, so you feel clear and comfortable before moving forward.

The agreement will be sent to you digitally once referencing has been completed successfully. You can review it online before signing electronically.

If anything is unclear, contact the Morro team before you sign. They can help explain the next steps or clarify practical points about the agreement and move-in process.

Once the tenancy agreement is signed, it becomes legally binding, so do not rush this stage. Read it, ask questions if needed and make sure the details match what you are expecting.

After all required parties have signed, a copy will be stored in the Morro App for your reference.
