Can I set up a direct debit?
Yes. Direct debit is the standard and preferred way to pay your rent.
Before you move in, you’ll receive an invitation to set up your direct debit. Once it is active, your rent will be collected automatically each month on your usual due date, as shown in your tenancy agreement.
Setting up a direct debit helps keep payments simple and avoids the need to remember a manual transfer each month. You’ll still be able to see the amount due and keep track of your payments, but the collection itself happens quietly in the background.
Your first month’s rent is paid before your tenancy begins, either by card or bank transfer through the payment portal. After that, your ongoing monthly rent will be collected by direct debit.
If you have not received your direct debit invitation, or you need help setting it up, contact the Morro team or speak to your building’s Front of House team before your first ongoing rent payment is due.
