Can someone else collect my keys on my behalf?

Key collection needs to be completed by the named tenant in person.

This is because collecting your keys forms part of the final move-in checks, including confirming your identity and completing any required Right to Rent verification. For this reason, someone else cannot usually collect your keys or access fob on your behalf.

When you arrive, please bring your original passport and booking reference. The Front of House team will also confirm that your deposit and first month’s rent have been received before issuing your keys.

If there are exceptional circumstances that mean you cannot collect your keys in person, contact the Morro team as early as possible. They will talk you through what may be possible and whether any alternative arrangements can be considered.

Please do not send someone to Reception without speaking to the team first, as the keys will not be released unless the required checks have been completed.
