Do I need to book a move-in slot?

Yes. Move-in times are coordinated by the building’s General Manager so the team can be ready for you when you arrive.

Before your tenancy starts, the General Manager will contact you to confirm your arrival time and share any final instructions. This helps make key collection, access and any loading or unloading feel as simple as possible.

If you have a preferred time, let the team know as early as you can. It is especially useful to mention this if you are arranging removals, travelling a long distance or need help with access when you arrive.

If you need an early, late or out-of-hours move-in, the team will do their best to help. Front of House support is available 24/7, but advance notice makes it much easier to plan everything smoothly.

Once your slot is confirmed, keep the details close for move-in day. If your plans change, contact the team as soon as possible so they can update the arrangements.
