Do I need to provide access for planned maintenance?

You may need to provide access if planned maintenance needs to take place inside your apartment.

This can include things like servicing heating, cooling or ventilation systems, safety inspections or checks on equipment that forms part of your home. If access is required, Morro will let you know in advance and explain what work is being carried out, when it is expected to happen and how access will be arranged.

You can usually choose to be home for the visit or give permission for authorised staff or approved contractors to enter while you are out. If you have limited availability, let the Front of House team know as soon as possible so they can help arrange a suitable time where possible.

For planned maintenance in communal areas or building systems that do not require access to your home, you will not usually need to do anything. You may still receive a notification through the Morro App if the work could affect shared spaces, lifts, services or access.

If you are unsure whether action is needed, check the app update or speak to Front of House.
