How are homes allocated?
Morro homes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
When you pay the £300 holding deposit for a specific home, that home is reserved for you while your application is processed. To secure it fully, you will need to complete referencing successfully and sign your tenancy agreement.
Referencing is carried out by Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider. The Morro team will keep you updated as your application moves through each stage.
Morro does not operate a waiting list for specific apartments. However, you can register your interest in a particular home type, building or location. If something suitable becomes available, the team can let you know.
If you have seen a home you like, it is worth speaking to the team promptly. Availability can change, and paying the holding deposit is what reserves a specific apartment while the application process is completed.
