How do I access hot water?

Hot water is supplied centrally as part of the building’s utilities and is included in your rent. You do not need to set up a separate account, switch anything on or arrange a boiler service.

You can use hot water from your taps and shower as you would in any home. It should be available when you need it, though it may take a short moment to come through depending on how recently the tap or shower was last used.

If the water is not getting warm, the pressure has dropped or the temperature is changing unexpectedly, report it through the Morro App. Add a clear description of what is happening, where it is happening and when you first noticed it. Photos or a short video can be helpful if they show the issue clearly.

If you have no hot water at all, contact the Front of House team directly rather than relying on the app alone. They can check whether the issue is affecting your home only or part of the wider building, and guide you through the next step.
