How do I access my building?
You’ll use your key fob to move through the building and into your home.
Your fob is issued when you move in and gives you access to the building entrance, your floor, your apartment and the shared spaces included with your tenancy. Hold the fob against the reader at each access point. A green light means access has been granted.
Some areas may need to be activated separately. For example, gym access is usually added once you have completed the gym waiver in the Morro App.
At some access points, Bluetooth access through the Morro App may also be available. Check your building handbook or ask the Front of House team if you are unsure what applies in your building.
For everyone’s safety, please do not hold doors open for people you do not know or allow anyone to follow you in. Visitors should use the intercom or follow the guest access process for your building.
If your fob is lost, damaged or not working, report it to the Front of House team straight away so it can be deactivated and replaced.
