How do I book shared spaces?
Bookable shared spaces can be reserved through the Morro App.
Open the app, go to the amenities or bookings section and choose the space you would like to use. You will be able to see available times, select a slot and confirm your booking.
Bookable spaces may include the cinema room, private event space and meeting rooms, depending on what is available in your building. These spaces are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is worth booking ahead if you have a particular time in mind.
Before confirming, check any house rules for the space. Some rooms may have limits on guest numbers, food and drink, noise, setup or how the space should be left afterwards.
Once your booking is confirmed, keep an eye on the Morro App for any updates or reminders. If your plans change, please cancel or amend the booking as soon as possible so another resident can use the space.
If you cannot find the space in the app, or your booking is not working as expected, speak to the Front of House team. They can help you get it sorted.
