How do I pay my rent?

Rent is paid monthly in advance. Your first month’s rent is paid before your tenancy begins, either by card or bank transfer through the payment portal.

Before you move in, you’ll receive an invitation to set up a direct debit. Once this is active, your rent will be collected automatically on the same date each month, as set out in your tenancy agreement.

When making any manual payment, please include your unit number and surname as the payment reference. This helps the team match the payment to your account quickly.

Your holding deposit will be credited against your first month’s rent, so the team will confirm the remaining balance before move-in. Your damage deposit and first rent payment must be received before your keys can be issued.
