How do I report an emergency repair?

If you need to report an emergency repair, contact the Front of House team directly straight away.

You can speak to the team in person at Reception or call your building’s emergency contact number. The team is available 24/7, so there is always someone to help when something urgent happens.

Please do not log an emergency through the Morro App alone. The app is useful for non-urgent repairs, but emergencies need a direct conversation so the team can respond quickly and understand what is happening.

Emergency repairs include issues such as flooding, a significant active leak, total loss of power, no heating or hot water, a serious security issue or anything that may affect health and safety.

If there is an immediate danger to life, call 999 first for police, fire or ambulance support. Once you are safe, let the Front of House team know what has happened so they can support with the building side of things.

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, leave the building and call National Gas Emergencies on 0800 111 999.
