How do I report any immediate issues?
If you spot an immediate issue on move-in day, speak to the Front of House team at Reception straight away.
This is the best route for anything urgent, such as heating not working, no hot water, a leak, a plumbing problem, loss of power, a faulty lock or an appliance you need help with right away. The team can assess what is happening and guide you through the next step.
For anything non-urgent, log the issue through the Morro App. Add a clear description, photos if useful and your availability for access where possible. This helps the maintenance team understand the problem and plan the right response.
If the issue relates to the condition of your home when you moved in, also add it to your Inventory Hive report within the 7-day review window. This keeps your inventory accurate from the start.
