How do I request a transfer?

To request a transfer, get in touch with the Morro team and let us know what you’re looking for. We’ll check what’s available and talk you through whether a move to another Morro home may be possible.

Please include a few key details when you contact us, so we can help quickly:

  • Your current building and apartment number.
  • The type of home you’d like to move to.
  • Your preferred move date, if you have one.
  • Anything important to your search, such as layout, size, location or accessibility needs.

Transfers depend on availability and suitability, so they can’t always be guaranteed. If there is a good option for you, the team will explain the next steps, any costs that may apply and what needs to happen with your current tenancy.
