How do I update my address?
Once your tenancy begins, update your address with the organisations and services that need to contact you.
Use your full Morro address, including your apartment number. This is especially important for post, parcels and council tax, as missing apartment details can delay deliveries or cause items to be returned.
It is worth updating:
- Your bank and credit card providers
- Your employer
- HMRC
- The DVLA, if you drive
- Your GP, dentist and healthcare providers
- Insurance providers, including contents insurance
- Subscriptions, online shopping accounts and delivery apps
You will also need your full address when registering for council tax with the local council for your building.
If you are not sure how your address should be formatted, check your move-in details or ask the Front of House team. They can confirm the correct building address and apartment number format before you update everything.
