How do I update my personal details?

To update your personal details, please contact the Morro team so we can keep your records accurate.

You can speak to the Front of House team at reception, send a message through the Morro App or get in touch via bymorro.com. Let us know what needs to change and we’ll guide you through anything we need to verify.

It’s important that your details stay up to date, as we use the information on file for formal tenancy communications. This can include rent correspondence, deposit protection updates, important building notices and anything else linked to your home.

Details you may need to update

  • Email address or phone number.
  • Emergency contact details.
  • Name changes.
  • Payment or direct debit details.
  • Forwarding or correspondence address, where relevant.

If your payment details have changed, please let us know before your next rent due date so there’s time to update everything smoothly.
