How far in advance can I book shared spaces?
Booking windows for shared spaces are shown in the Morro App.
Each bookable space may have its own booking window, depending on how the space is used and how often residents need access. This helps keep things fair, so everyone has a reasonable chance to book popular areas.
To check availability, open the Morro App, go to the bookings or amenities section and select the space you would like to reserve. The app will show the current available dates and times, along with any rules that apply to that space.
Bookable spaces may include the cinema room, private event space and meeting rooms, depending on your building. These are usually available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is worth booking ahead when the space matters for a particular plan.
If the time you want is not available, check the app again later in case another resident cancels. If you cannot see a booking window or the app is not showing availability correctly, speak to the Front of House team and they will help you check what is possible.
