You will also hear directly from Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider, once referencing begins. They will let you know what documents or information are needed and will contact you if anything needs clarifying.

To help everything move smoothly, make sure the contact details you provide are correct and easy to reach you on. It is also worth checking your email regularly, including your spam or junk folder, so you do not miss any important updates or document requests.

If you are applying with someone else, each adult applicant should keep an eye on their own emails too. A delay from one applicant can slow the whole application down.
