Is there a charge for replacement keys or lockouts?
A charge may apply if you need a replacement key fob.
If your fob is lost, damaged or no longer works, speak to the Front of House team. They will confirm whether it can be reactivated or whether a replacement is needed. If a replacement charge applies, the team will let you know the amount before issuing the new fob.
There is no standard charge simply for being locked out. If you cannot access your home, go to Reception and the team will help you regain access once they have confirmed your identity. Reception is staffed 24/7, so help is available even outside standard hours.
If you have lost your fob, report it immediately rather than waiting. The missing fob can be deactivated so it cannot be used to access the building, your floor or shared spaces.
Your tenancy agreement may set out the charges that apply for replacement access devices. If you are unsure, ask Front of House and they will explain what applies before anything is processed.
