What are my responsibilities as a pet owner?

As a pet owner at Morro, you are responsible for making sure your pet is approved, registered and well cared for while living in the building.

Before bringing a pet home, you must get prior written approval through the Pet Request Form in the Morro App. Once approved, your pet’s details should be registered with the building team, including emergency contact information.

Day to day, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your pet under control and on a lead in shared indoor spaces
  • Cleaning up after your pet in the building and surrounding areas
  • Making sure your pet does not cause nuisance, noise or disturbance to other residents
  • Following pet-free area rules, including no pets in the shared kitchen, gym or cinema room
  • Taking toilet breaks outside the building
  • Covering any costs linked to damage, extra cleaning or disturbance caused by your pet
