What are the expected response times for repairs?

Repair response times depend on how urgent the issue is.

Morro works to these response targets:

  • Emergency repairs: within 4 hours, 24/7. This includes issues such as total power failure, flooding, loss of heating or hot water, a gas leak or anything that affects safety or security.
  • Essential repairs: within 2 working days. These are issues that are not emergencies but still affect your comfort or day-to-day use of your home.
  • General maintenance: within 5 working days. This covers smaller repairs, routine upkeep and non-urgent maintenance.

These are response targets, not always the final completion time. Some repairs may need specialist materials, parts or external contractors, which can take a little longer. If that happens, the team will keep you updated.

For non-urgent repairs, log the issue through the Morro App. For emergencies, contact the Front of House team directly so they can act quickly.
