What are your support hours?
The Front of House team at Reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There is always someone on site for urgent matters, access issues, building support and anything that needs immediate attention.
For day-to-day support, you can speak to Front of House in person or use the Morro App to log requests, book shared spaces, access documents and keep track of updates.
The central enquiries and tenancy team operates during normal business hours. They can help with applications, tenancy questions, account queries and wider support through bymorro.com.
Typical response routes
- Urgent building or safety issues: contact Front of House directly at any time.
- Maintenance requests: log them in the Morro App, unless the issue is urgent.
- Email or web enquiries: these are typically responded to within one working day.
- Emergencies involving immediate danger: call 999 first, then inform Front of House when it is safe.
