Referencing is carried out by Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider.

The checks help confirm that the information in your application is accurate and that you are able to rent the home. As part of this process, Homeppl may carry out:

• Identity verification, to confirm who you are
• Right to Rent checks, to confirm you have the legal right to rent in the UK
• Credit history and adverse credit checks
• Income and employment verification, to assess affordability
• Fraud prevention checks
• Landlord or employer references, where requested

You will be asked to provide documents and information digitally. Homeppl will let you know what is needed and will contact you if anything needs clarifying.
