What costs do I need to pay before moving in?

Before moving in, you will need to make sure your required payments are complete.

This usually includes:

• Your damage deposit, which is equivalent to five weeks’ rent, unless you are eligible for a reduced deposit option
• Your first month’s rent in advance

The £300 holding deposit you paid when you applied is credited against your first month’s rent, so it will be taken into account when your move-in balance is confirmed.

The Morro team will let you know exactly what is due, when it needs to be paid and how to make payment. Make sure payments are completed before your tenancy starts, as this helps keep your move-in day smooth and avoids any delay with key collection.
