What is considered an emergency repair?

An emergency repair is anything that creates an immediate risk to your health, safety, security or the structure of the building.

This includes:

  • Total loss of power in your home
  • Flooding or a significant active water leak
  • Complete loss of heating during cold weather
  • Complete loss of hot water
  • A gas leak
  • A security issue, such as a broken external door, lock or access point

If you have an emergency repair, contact the Front of House team directly straight away. Do not rely on the Morro App alone for urgent issues, as the team may need to act quickly.

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, leave the building immediately and call National Gas Emergencies on 0800 111 999. Only return when it is safe to do so.

For police, fire or ambulance emergencies, call 999 first. Once you are safe, let the Morro team know what has happened so they can support with the building side of things.
