What is included in my rent?

Your monthly rent includes the essentials: Wi-Fi, water, gas and electricity for normal household use.

You’ll also have access to the shared spaces and amenities in your building, such as lounges, co-working areas, the gym, cinema room, communal kitchen and outdoor spaces where available. Some spaces may need to be booked through the Morro App, and certain facilities may have their own simple rules or access requirements.

There are no separate utility accounts for you to set up for the services included in your rent. Everything is designed to make moving in and day-to-day living feel a little easier.

Included utilities are intended for normal, everyday household use. If usage is significantly above what would reasonably be expected, Morro may review this with you.

Council tax, TV licence, contents insurance, laundry and optional services are not included. If you are unsure what applies in your building, check your handbook in the Morro App or speak to the Front of House team.
