What is the pets policy?

Pets are welcome at Morro, subject to prior written approval.

Before bringing a pet into your home, you’ll need to request permission and make sure your pet is registered with the building team. This helps Morro keep the right information on record, including emergency contact details, and make sure the building remains comfortable for pets, residents and neighbours.

To get started, review the full Pet Policy at bymorro.com/terms/pet-policy, then complete the Pet Request Form in the Morro App. The team will review your request and come back to you.

Once approved, pets must be kept under control and on a lead in shared indoor spaces. Pets are not permitted in the shared kitchen, gym or cinema room, and toilet breaks must be taken outside the building.

You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour, any disturbance they cause and any damage or extra cleaning linked to them. If you are unsure whether your pet is suitable for a particular home or building, contact the Morro team before applying or bringing them home.
