What payment methods do you accept?
Rent is collected by direct debit as standard. This is the easiest way to keep your monthly payments simple and on time.
Your first payment can be made before your tenancy begins by debit card, credit card or bank transfer through the payment portal. The Morro team will share the payment details and confirm the balance due, including how your holding deposit has been credited against your first month’s rent.
For any manual payment, please include your unit number and surname as the payment reference. This helps the team match the payment to your account without delay.
After you move in, your ongoing rent will usually be collected automatically by direct debit on your usual due date each month.
If you have difficulty setting up a direct debit, or need to discuss another way to pay, contact the Morro team or speak to your building’s Front of House team as early as possible. They’ll guide you through the clearest option for your tenancy.
