What security measures are in place in the building?

Morro buildings are designed with layered security measures to help residents feel safe and at ease.

Access to the building is controlled by key fobs, with doors locking automatically when closed. Your fob gives you access only to the areas you are meant to use, such as the main entrance, your floor, your apartment and shared spaces included with your tenancy.

There is also a Front of House team on site 24/7, so someone is available at Reception day and night if you need help, have a concern or are locked out.

Visitor access is managed through the intercom system. Visitors should call your apartment from the entrance, and you can choose whether to grant access. Please do not share your fob, access code or app access with visitors.

CCTV covers communal areas, building entrances and external areas for security purposes. If you need to report a concern, speak to Front of House as soon as possible.

Security works best when everyone plays a part. Keep doors closed, do not let unknown people follow you in and report anything that does not feel right.
