What should I do if I experience noise issues?
If you are experiencing noise from a neighbour, the first step, if you feel comfortable, is to speak to them calmly and directly. They may not realise the sound is carrying, especially late at night or in shared areas.
If the noise continues, or you would rather not approach them, contact the Front of House team. Let them know what is happening, where the noise seems to be coming from, how often it has occurred and whether it is happening during quiet hours.
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. During this time, residents are asked to keep noise to a minimum in both apartments and shared spaces.
The team will review the issue and take appropriate next steps. This may include speaking to the resident involved, monitoring the situation or escalating repeated concerns.
If the noise is coming from outside the building, the Front of House team can advise who to contact, such as the local authority. If you ever feel unsafe, speak to Front of House straight away or call 999 in an emergency.
