What should I do if I lose my keys or fob?

If you lose your key or fob, tell the Front of House team straight away.

Lost fobs need to be deactivated as soon as possible, so they cannot be used to access the building, your floor or any shared spaces linked to your permissions. This helps keep you, your neighbours and the building safe.

The team will arrange a replacement fob for you and confirm whether any replacement charge applies. If you think the fob may have been stolen, or you are worried someone else could have it, say so when you report it.

If you are locked out because your fob is missing, go to Reception. The Front of House team is available 24/7 and can help you regain access once they have confirmed your identity.

If you later find your old fob, do not start using it again without checking with the team. It may already have been deactivated, and Front of House can confirm which fob should be used going forward.
