What should I do if something is missing or damaged?
If you notice anything missing, damaged or not accurately described, add it to your Inventory Hive report before you sign it off.
Include a short note explaining what you have found, and upload clear photos where possible. This might include marks on walls or floors, damaged furniture, missing items, appliance issues or anything that does not match the inventory description.
You usually have 7 days from receiving the inventory to review and add comments. It is important to flag anything within this window, as issues raised later may be treated as having happened during your tenancy.
If the issue affects how you use your home, or needs fixing, you can also report it to the Front of House team or through the Morro App. For anything urgent, such as a leak, loss of power, loss of heating or another immediate problem, contact the team straight away.
If you are unsure whether something should be added to the inventory, it is better to note it and ask the team.
