What should I prepare before my move-in date?

A little preparation before your move-in date helps everything feel easier when you arrive.

First, make sure your direct debit for ongoing rent payments is set up. You will receive an invitation before move-in, and it is best to complete this as soon as you can.

We also recommend arranging contents insurance for your personal belongings. The building’s insurance does not cover your own items, so this is yours to put in place.

Before you arrive, update your address with the places that need it, such as your bank, employer, GP, subscriptions, delivery accounts and HMRC. Remember to include your apartment number when sharing your new address, so post and parcels reach you smoothly.
