When do I need to pay additional charges?
Any additional charges will be confirmed clearly before payment is requested.
Some charges are only considered at the end of your tenancy. For example, costs relating to damage beyond fair wear and tear, missing inventory items or excessive cleaning are usually reviewed as part of the deposit return process. If a deduction is proposed, this will be handled through the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), so the process stays clear and properly recorded.
If an additional charge arises during your tenancy, Morro will confirm the reason and amount in writing before asking you to pay. This may include an exceptional service charge if utility use is found to be significantly above normal household levels.
Optional services, such as additional cleaning, storage or parking where available, will have their own payment terms. The team will explain these before you choose to go ahead.
If you have questions about a charge, contact the Morro team or speak to your Front of House team before making payment.
